The following terms of use are applied at Bidoloo.com service. When using the the services provided by Bidoloo.com the user accepts the following rules and regulations. The regulations mentioned below are applied at all times, unless specific written agreement is made with Bidoloo.

The special offers made by Bidoloo are valid only if they are informed on the Bidoloo.com or mentioned in the Bidoloo newsletter send via email or SMS. Some of these special offers are valid for a limited time only. The details concerning every special offer are mentioned at Bidoloo.com or in our newsletter.

By placing a bid on an item, the user confirms to be of legal age. Under 18 year old is allowed to use this service only with a concent of their guardian. Bidoloo.com reserves a right to ask for a written concent form from the guardian of a under aged person before delivering the items. When registering the user must provide correct the information of himself.

The service provider is not responsible for the bids made by a minor and the possible financial losses that follow.

The personnel and the family members of Bidoloo.com are not allowed to take part in the auction under any circumstances.

The use of Bidoloo.com –service does not require registering, because it is possible to place a bid by SMS. Registered users can purchase bidding packages, receive newsletters and free bids according to current offers (for example one free bid per day or free bids for every friend who have joined Bidoloo.com after the recommendation made by the registered user).

Bidoloo.com is available only for the private persons, not businesses or other entities.

Every user is entitled to create only one account (registration). User is not allowed to create an account for a third party, such as minor. The account must be created by the user personally, and the right to use the account is reserved only for the registered user. The abusement of a account may result in a closing of a account and the annulment of the bids. Also, the possible won items may not be delivered in such case.

When registering, the user needs to choose an user name. The user name cannot be offending, it cannot be misguided or mislead other users. The user name cannot be insulting or harmful towards a third party. If Bidoloo notices or is informed of a user name breaking any of the conditions mentioned above, can the user name be changed without prior notice.

The user must keep the user id and password secret, so that it is not possible for a third party to obtain them. The user accounts cannot be transferred to another party, it is personal. The user account is allowed to be used only by the registered user.
All the misuses of the user account will lead into closing of the user account, the annulment of all the bids made and informing the officials. The registered user is in charge of his own account and all the actions made through it.

Bidoloo.com reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user account. The user can be permanently removed from the service without prior notice if the user violates a law, the rights of a third party or the terms of use set by Bidoloo.com. There will no no refunds for bids at the closed accounts. Bidoloo.com has a right to charge a reasonable fee for the damage caused by a user, should there be any need for that.

It is necessary to puchase the bidding package before placing a bid. Bidding via SMS does not require registration and the bids are charged trough phone bill (in the case of prepaid sim, the bid will be deducted from the account balance). The methods of payment and current fees and prices can always be found from our website.

If the user has made an uncovered payment, an extra charge will appear. Bidoloo.com will inform the amount of the extra charge separately. The user is in charge of all the expenses. Bidoloo.com reserves a right to block the user account until all the outstanding fees have been paid, including any extra charges. Bidoloo.com can also delay the delivery of any purchased products untill all the fees have been paid in full.

Registered users are allowed to make a one free bid per day. The user will receive a free bid every day he signs in Bidoloo.com with his own user information. It is possible to receive one free bid per day per user. The free bid can be used immediately, or it can be saved for later use.

It is also possible to obtain free bids from the special campaigns of Bidoloo.com or our affiliates. Free bids are also received when registering at Bidoloo.com or when recommending Bidoloo.com for others resulting in the registration. The amount of free bids received may vary, but the information about this is always available at Bidoloo.com.

The money tranferred into theb idding account is meant to be used at Bidoloo.com and cannot be refunded. The service provider is not responsible for any mistakes made by a third party that result in some tecnical problems or the failure of the money transfer. If some problems appear during the money transfer or credit card payment, the user must immediately contact the service provider’s customer service.

The specified opening hours for each product are available in the product information. It is possible to bid on the products that currently are not open. In this case, the bidding time remains the same, but the highest bidder will change. The official time at the auction is computed by the server’s time, which does not always match user’s browser time. The time shown next to the product is suggestive, and the actual time is computed with the server’s time by microsecond. The service provider is not responsible, if the service does not work with all the internet browsers.
There are two ways of bidding at Bidoloo.com. User can bid for a product with an SMS at a rate mentioned at our website. It is also possible to bid straight through user’s own user account. If there are no bids available at the user account, the bid cannot be made. The bid from the user account can be made by clicking the button ”Bid from the bidding account” next to the available product. The bid is automatically deducted from the bidding account.

It is also possible for the unregistered users to bid via chargeable SMS. These SMS will be billed from the user by the phone operator by the phone bill (in case of the prepaid, the account balance will be automatically deducted).

Bids can be placed only personally. Bidoloo.com does not accept any bids made otherwise. If the user uses any kind of tools or programs to place the bid, the bidding account be be immediately terminated. The possible bids left in the terminated account will not be refunded and the possible items won will not be delivered. If the item has already been delivered, Bidoloo.com has a right to charge the actual value of the item informed at the product information from the violator.

The items in this auction are new unless otherwise mentioned. The bid can be raised only by 0.01 at a time.

Each item (gift cards, phones, cars, computers etc.) has their own specified bidding time, for example three minutes after the first bid. Item timer works only during the item opening hours. Timer will reset from start of opening hour. The timer will start immediately after the first bid is placed. If the timer counts down to zero before any further bids are placed, the highest bidder has a right to purchase the product (with one cent according to this example). If somebody raises the bid to 2 cents, the timer will reset.

The bidder who has placed the highest bid when the timer reaches zero can purchase the item with the value bidded. The highest bidders user name or the last four (4) digits of their phone number will be always shown next to the item information.

The auction finishes when the timer reaches zero (for example, when the three minutes bidding time has passed without any further bids placed). The user who has placed the highest bid is the winner. All the other bids made for the item are cancelled and they will not be refunded. The winning bid will be checked by Bidoloo.com and is valid unless there has been a tecnical problem or the user has violated the tems of use set by Bidoloo.com. In the case of technical problem, such as connection or appliance error, the item will be returned to the auctionto the point is was before the closing. Possible lost bids will not be refunded.

The bids are recorded into the system by a microsecond, so no overlapping bids are possible. In the case where it can be shown that two or more bids have been placed at exactly the same time, the item or the price will be shared in a manner agreed separately.

The placed bid is binding. The purchase agreement on the item will not be valid untill the auction has ended and the highest bidder has made the payment for the item with the instructions given.

After the auction has ended, the highest bidder has to purchase the product with the amount bid as instructed by Bidoloo.com. The instructions will be send to the user by email normally during the first 24 hours after the auction has closed, latest within one week (7 days) of the closing of the auction. Unless the user has received the notification or the instructions within one week, the user has to contact Bidoloo.com customer service. The user has to make sure that the email address mentioned at the user information is correct and valid. If the email address is incorrect and the payment information cannot be delivered, Bidoloo.com is not responsible if the right of purchase is cancelled. The user needs to check the spam mail folder as well, in case Bidoloo.com email has been filtered by the users own email account.

In case the highest bidder has not registered, the winner will be contacted by phone into the number from which the bid was placed.

Bidoloo.com will send email congratulation for the winner of the auction including the instructions concerning the payment. Bidoloo.com will not send a bill, but a request to donate the bidding sum in to charity. The target of charity is optional, but after the payment has been made, the winner needs to inform the donated sum and the receiver of the donation to Bidoloo.com. Bidoloo.com reserves a right to confirm that the payment has been made. In case the payment has not been made, or the sum is smaller than the highest bid, the ownership of the item remains at Bidoloo.com. The user must then return the item unopened or pay the actual value of the item for Bidoloo.com (the actual value is shown at the product information).

In the case of cancellation, the lost bids will not be refunded.

The items will be delivered within 7-50 days after Bidoloo.com has received the payment. It is required that all the payments due have been paid to Bidoloo.com at that time. If the product has been delivered to the user before the payment has been made, the user has to make the payment as agreed/announced. If the payment is not made as agreed, Bidoloo.com has a right to bill the actual value of the product from the user or demand the returning of the item at user’s own expense.

The delivery expenses are always charged from the user.

The service provider has a right to publish the winners’ names and photos in their own or affiliates’ services and advertisements. Bidoloo.com operates in many countries. In some cases the products open for bidding are international and it is possible to place the bid from other countries as well.

The bid placed is always binding and the winner (highest bidder) has to pay the amount bid for the item in question. Bids placed cannot be cancelled and the item cannot be refunded, returned or changed unless the item is faulty or does not match the item information on the website.
If the item is faulty or damaged, the user must inform Bidoloo.com customer service immediately. Faulty or damaged item will be changed into a new or equivalent item.

If the item does not match the description given at the product information on the website, the winner can cancel the purchase bid or request the change of the item. Lost bids will not be refunded. The cancellation or the request of change needs to be made within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the item. The item needs to be unused and in the original package.
After the cancellation the refund made is the sum of the highest bid paid by the winner. Used bids will not be returned or refunded.

Unless otherwise informed, the delivery of the products will be done straight from our subcontractors, retail outlets or from our own storage facilities into the address informed by the user. The delivery times may vary, and the times informed are only suggestive. All the deliveries are aimed at to be delivered within 7-14 days after the user has done all the steps required. In some cases, however, the delivery time may even be 50 days. Bidoloo.com can use third parties in fulfilling the agreement without further notice.

If Bidoloo.com or a third party used by Bidoloo.com cannot deliver the promised item, Bidoloo.com can replace the item with its equivalent or better. In these cases the user may decide not to receive the item and will be refunded the paid amount for the item.
The delivery methods and times for the bigger items are always agreed on separately. The user is responsible for the insurance and registration of the motored vehicles unless otherwise agreed.

The ownership of the item is transferred for a user only after the user has done all the obligations required, such as payment made as Bidoloo.com has instructed. If the user violates the law or the terms of use made by Bidoloo.com while placing a bid or the user has not made the payment for item, the ownership of the item will remain at Bidoloo.com Ltd. If the ownership right is not transferred to the user, the user has an obligation to return the item at his own expense into the address informed by Bidoloo.com. In case the item has already been used or it is broken or damaged, the user must pay for the item’s actual value stated in the product information.

The placed bid is valid immediately after the raise has been registered into the Bidoloo.com server. Depending on the telecommunications and internet operators, some problems may appear in the transfer of the information, causing a delay before the bid is registered. The winner commits to purchase the product with the price bid, according to the rules set by Bidoloo.com. The winner’s username or the last four digits of the bidder’s phone number are shown next to the product information. Bidoloo.com is not responsible for any problems which may occur when trying to join the auction or are otherwise making the registration more difficult. These problems Bidoloo.com is not responsible include the technical and program based malfunctions of the computer/cell phone, internet or teleoperators delays, defects, strikes, terminations, boycotts or other industrial actions, denial of service, natural disasters, war and the damages caused by animals or another third parties. The service provider is not liable for any changes in laws or any decisions made by the officials that may influence the auction and the bidding process. The service provider is not liable for any program, hardware or connection based problems in their own service that might influence the auction. The service provider has a right to cancel the service at any time without a prior notice. If an item is sold before the bidding time reaches zero, the item will be opened for bidding again (this can be caused by the denial of service, busy server, the illegal assisting programs used by outsiders, power shortages or other failure that may cause the bids registration to delay). If any unexpected interruptions, maintenance actions, or other reason causing a temporary interruption in the service occur, the auction will be reopened as soon as possible and all the bidding timers start over. Should there be any interruption in the service; no bids can be placed, because the service provider cannot guarantee their registration into the server. The bids placed during any interruption to the service will not be refunded.

The liability of the service provider is in all cases limited to the returning of the lost and placed bids into the user’s bidding account.

The product information is received straight from the manufacturers, and the service provider is not responsible for their validity. All the items auctioned have the normal importers or seller’s credited warranty. The warranty does not concern the services, gift cards or used items. Bidoloo.com does not provide any other direct or indirect warranties. Unlike a normal auction, Bidoloo.com grants every product and 14 days return right (because it is not possible for the user to see the product in advance). The return right is valid only if the product’s package has not been opened and the product has not been used. For more detailed information concerning the retuning of the product, please contact our customer service. The payment made for the item will be returned to the user immediately after Bidoloo.com has checked the item. The placed bids in the case of the returning of the item will not be returned/refunded. If the item has been damages during the delivery, the user needs to immediately contact the company that made the delivery.

Bidoloo.com will make sure, that the details, descriptions, and prices of the items are correctly informed at the website and that they match the situation when the information was out into the server. Bidoloo.com will aspire to keep the websites updated. Bidoloo.com is not responsible for any false or outdated information presented at the website.

The product descriptions may vary from the original.

The service provider reserves a right to change the service conditions and other rules and regulations and bidding times during an ongoing auction. The new rules and regulations will take effect immediately after they have been published at the Bidoloo.com. The user accepts the terms by registering, placing a bid, or by purchasing a bidding package.

Bidoloo.com has a right to temporarily of permanently close the bidding process of a certain items should there be any malfunctions in the system, or the server requires and immediate maintenance or update. The item(s) are put back in the auction , will the timer start from the same point it was at before the interruption. If the auction starts over from the start it will be announced at least five (5) minutes before the auction starts.

Should the bidding for a particular item be permanently terminated, or pulled off the auction even a longer period of time, it will be announced on our website. In the case of temporarily stopped auctions, the placed bids are kept in our records, but the bids will not be refunded. If the item is later terminated permanently, the lost bids will be refunded back to the user’s bidding account.

Bidoloo.com cannot guarantee that the technical elements in this service are totally trustworthy or flawless. It is possible that some defects may appear in the hardware, programs or connections. Commonly these types of defects are referred to as a”technical problem”.

Bidoloo.com cannot guarantee the website or technical system’s uncompromised function. Bidoloo.com is not responsible for any losses or damage that may be caused by the use of Bidoloo.com either to the user or third parties. Bidoloo.com is also not responsible if the bid placed by the user is not received, or the receiving is delayed due to the technical problems.

The possible refund responsibility it defined in the section 10.

The English law shall apply at Bidoloo.com and shall exclude all the other laws and regulations. .

To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the courts of England and Wales.

Collection, Processing, and Use of our Customers’ Personal Information
The service provider shall handle all the personal information of the users confidentially, and the information shall not be given for a third parties. The exception to this are the cases where some information needs to be given for the authorities, the billing and debt imbursement parties and for the affiliates of Bidoloo.com. The service provider shall maintain a customer database for the purposes of billing and maintaining the customer relationships. Bidoloo.com or its’ affiliates or their personnel, correspondents, content providers will not guarantee an uninterrupted action, received results, delivered information or the faultless items sold. Bidoloo.com will not guarantee that the information on the website, in the newsletters or SMS sent by bidoloo.com or in other advertisements is accurate, faultless or up to date.Bidoloo.com will not be responsible for any possible typing errors. If the written information can be understood in more than one way, the way meant by Bidoloo.com is the correct one.
